Shama Amin, Founder & Principal
As a brand and marketing strategist with over 15 years of experience, my career has been shaped through the intersection of finance and marketing. I started in environments where decisions were measured, outcomes mattered, and strategy had to stand up to scrutiny. That foundation still defines how I think and work.
Over time, I moved deeper into marketing leadership, working across both external growth initiatives and internal brand efforts. That combination gave me a rare perspective: how a brand is experienced in the market and how it’s built, tested, and sustained inside an organization.
I’ve partnered closely with senior leaders on moments of change — new priorities, evolving narratives, and the challenge of aligning teams around what actually matters. Those experiences taught me why clarity is often the hardest and most valuable work.
I founded Aray as a way to bring that perspective to leaders navigating inflection points — when the questions are complex, the stakes are real, and there’s no room for performative thinking. I believe in thoughtful leadership, meaningful work, and building things that last.
